Sean Weiner is a producer, editor, artist, community builder, and nonprofit arts leader based in the Hudson Valley of New York. He has produced and edited award-winning films that have been showcased at prestigious festivals such as Berlinale, Guanajuato, Sundance, and SXSW. His work has also been featured on platforms like Criterion Channel, Fox Searchlight, HBOMax, The New York Times Op-Docs, and POV. Sean is a co-founder and co-director of UFO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting filmmakers. Previously, he served as the Director of Programs and the founding Director of Creative Culture at the Jacob Burns Film Center. Additionally, he is an assistant professor in Film & Media Studies at Purchase College.
