Pete Kiehart is a visual journalist who has devoted much of the last 8 years to covering the conflict in Ukraine, where he lived from 2015-16. He has also worked extensively throughout the United States and Europe for various publications including The New York Times, National Public Radio, NBC News, Bloomberg News and The Washington Post. Besides Ukraine, his recent work has taken him to a fusion reactor outside of Boston, the clay courts of the French Open, the US-Mexico border and the January 6th storming of the US Capitol.
